The purpose of the hearing is to consider the issuance by the Port of its Subordinate Lien Revenue Notes (Commercial Paper) Series 2001 A, B, C, & D, in the estimated principal amount of $400,000,000 (the “Notes”), and the issuance of its Intermediate Lien Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2024B (Private Activity, AMT) in the estimated principal amount of not to exceed $850,000,000 (the “Series 2024 Bonds”).
