The Port's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit requires us to track and submit reports on aircraft de-icing fluid volumes applied to aircraft. Prior to each de-icing season, tenants must provide to the Port the aircraft deicer types and dilutions. From October through April, the Port submits a daily application monthly report.
Tenants may submit a Port application summary report or an internal form that provides the same information.
