2023: Our Fourth South King County Community Impact Fund Program Cycle
SKCCIF Economic Recovery Program
The Port is now accepting proposals for the fourth South King County Community Impact Fund Economic Recovery Program cycle. The SKCCIF’s Economic Recovery Program connects communities to Port funding opportunities for programs that expand economic opportunity and recruit a new generation of workers for Port-related industries from historically underserved communities in South King County. Port-related industries, including aviation, maritime, construction trades, and green career industries.
Non-profits and community-led projects that help participants acquire the skills, experience, and education they need to secure increasingly complex and living wage jobs at the Port and in port-related industries are encouraged to apply.
Organizations can apply for up to $100,000 for a single year of funding and $250,000 in multi-year funding. Multiyear funding is useful for long-term planning and implementation, increasing the impact of the Port’s community investments, and supporting sustainable project planning and implementation.
