Deep sigh. What a year. We are committed to keeping you healthy when you come to SEA Airport. But we also want you to be happy and send you our warmest wishes for this holiday season.
Healthy at SEA
If you’re traveling on a trip that couldn’t wait, your experience at SEA Airport will look and feel different:
- Face masks are required throughout the terminal
- There are extra efforts by SEA Airport restaurants and retailers, who are going above and beyond to protect your health and well-being. All food is carry out only and retail is operating at 25% capacity
- The custodial team is continuously cleaning and disinfecting with medical-grade cleaning products, especially high-touch areas like buttons, handrails, and the bins and surfaces at the security checkpoints
- There are thousands of signs and floor decals with reminders for where to stand and how to honor physical distancing
- Breathe easy knowing our air filtration and ventilation system constantly circulates fresh, outdoor air through the terminal and uses filters that capture 90 percent of COVID-19 sized particles

Holiday flavors at SEA
As you can see, it’s our highest priority to help keep you healthy. But we also want to create moments of holiday happiness for you at the airport.
Our restaurants and retailers are cooking up some seasonal cheer — see our favorite fall and winter flavors below. Enjoy the merriment where you can get it this year:
- Caffe D’arte in the N Gates is serving seasonal espresso drinks to-go like gingerbread and eggnog lattes, or peppermint white chocolate mochas. Enjoy it with brown sugar pumpkin shortbread, apple cardamom coffee cake and cranberry nut crostini from Macrina Bakery.
- Caffe Ladro inside Capitol Hill Food Hall on Concourse A is whipping up Pumpkin Spice Lattes and other interesting drinks like a matcha (green tea) or turmeric latte.
- Evergreens, for salads, grain bowls and wraps in Central Terminal, has created five seasonal salads on the menu with Apple-y Ever After, Perks of Being a Cauliflower, Twist & Sprout, Don’t Be Sicily, and Finding Nori.
- The menu at Floret at the beginning of Concourse A is exclusively seasonal, local, and vegetarian fare. Right now, Floret is nourishing travelers with to-go options for espresso, snacks and sweet or savory treats and sandwiches.
- Also at the beginning of Concourse A, Lady Yum is a local and woman-owned business adored for its macarons. There are 15 original flavors that are always available to travelers, along with seasonal and monthly flavors to mix it up. The fall flavors are hazelnut maple mocha, pumpkin butterbeer, and pear frangipane. Special flavors available only in November are morello cherry and yellow circus animal.
- Don’t miss the Chocolate Peppermint Parfait at Lucky Louie Fish Shack in Central Terminal. Building from the signature waffle fish, this sweet treat is layered with chocolate mousse and topped with peppermint whipped cream, crushed candy canes, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Only a grinch would turn this down.
- Stop into Seattle Chocolate at the beginning of Concourse C for its seasonal and limited-edition chocolates like Apple Pie à la Mode, Peanut Butter Pretzel, Pumpkin Spice, and Holiday Spiced Nuts truffle bars.
- Starbucks is ringing in the holidays at its multiple locations at SEA with fan favorites such as the beloved Peppermint Mocha! Serving everything to-go, other holiday beverages include the toasted white chocolate mocha, caramel brulée latte, chestnut praline latte, and eggnog latte. Holiday noms include the cranberry orange scone, cranberry bliss bar, sugar plum cheese Danish, snowman cookie, and snowman cake pop.
Care for our community
We kicked off the SEAson of Caring! Join SEA in donating non-perishable food food drive to benefit the South King County Food Bank Coalition in coordination with the Des Moines Food bank. You can drop dry and canned food into the collection bins positioned near the garage sky bridges from November 21-29, 2020.
