In honor of National Small Business Week the Port of Seattle celebrates the small businesses bringing local flavors, unique gifts, and more options for travelers at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).
SEA serves as an incubator for many small and minority-owned businesses and provides support and opportunities for those looking to launch or grow their business at the airport. This mission provides more opportunities for small, local, and disadvantaged businesses to ensure that the face of the airport reflects the diversity and local tastes of our community.

Glass Eye Studios

This woman-owned small business is a must-stop for handblown glass art, gifts, and collectibles made by artisan glassblowers in its Seattle studio.
Africa’s Best
Near A1
Africa’s Best brings the goods and wares of an African marketplace to SEA as one of the first of its kind concepts at a U.S. airport. Focused on handmade products and natural materials, this black, women- and immigrant-owned shop brings the craftmanship and culture of Africa to your doorstep.
Seattle Made

Seattle Made features products from around 50 makers and members of the cooperative. You can get a gift here that's unique to our region like local coffee, candles, artwork, jewelry, perfume, bags, baby clothes, and more.

Caffé D’arte is a locally- and minority-owned, Italian coffee roasting company serving high-quality espresso, drip coffees, pastries, sandwiches, and snacks. It intertwines the Italian café experience with Seattle’s passionate coffee culture.
Beecher’s Handmade Cheese
Near Gate C3
If you aren’t able to get to Beecher’s flagship location at the Pike Place Market in Seattle, you can still experience the iconic artisan cheese at SEA Airport. In addition to the requisite cheese curds, try the “World’s Best” mac and cheese, cheese curd lasagna, soups, salads, and grab-go options. Visit Beecher’s Beer and Wine Bar on the C Concourse for sit-down service and a selection of cocktails, beer, and wine.

In 2020 the black-owned business launched an African menu that captures the range and diversity of African culture and reflects the owners' heritage. Stop by for some savory Spicy Beef Sambusas, Ethiopian-style coffee, African-inspired cocktails, and wines from South African regions. American cuisine options like nachos, chicken wings, hummus and pita are also available.
