On January 22, 2022, the bill to enact a low carbon fuel standard in Washington took a key first step through the process. We have been glad to support Representative Fitzgibbon in his efforts to enact a clean fuels program in Washington state. The Port sent a letter to House Speaker Laurie Jinkins asking for a floor vote as soon as possible for this core Port of Seattle environmental and economic priority.
