Around the holidays, your head’s buzzing with to-dos. As you head through security, you realize that you forgot stocking stuffers for the family gift exchange.
Although a lump of coal is inexpensive, just don’t. We have better ideas for last-minute stocking stuffers from the merchants at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). They’re so good your loved ones will never know that you waited until the last minute.
Here are a few quick picks that you can stash in your carry on and be on your merry way.
Season to Jam
Put some pep in their step with an album from Sub Pop, a Seattle independent record label with a retail store in the Central Terminal. You can pick up music, Sub Pop merchandise, and items sourced from local designers, artists, and companies.
'Glitz and Glam'
‘Tis the season to look fabulous, so step up your holiday style at MAC Cosmetics in the Central Terminal. Pick up a lipstick or gloss kit for her stocking, or go all out with this Taste of Stardom Mini Lipstick Kit. (Photo credit: MAC SEA Airport)
Baby, it’s cold outside
The Brrrrr season is here. Grab a fun, fashionable, handcrafted, and cozy hat for adults and children at Seattle Hats, located on Concourse A.
Stuff those stockings

‘Tis the SEAson

Ready, set, takeoff
It will be plane to see that you picked this up at the airport for your favorite avgeek. Every aviation fan will love an upcycled luggage tag made from old planes, with a description of the plane model. Find this and all things related to airplanes at Planewear in Concourse B.
Snuggle up with a good book

Heritage handcrafts
Give a handcrafted gift with heritage. Sacred Circle, located on Concourse A, offers items designed by artists from the Northwest Coast and Coast Salish tribes, including jewelry, clothing and accessories, art, glassware, and holiday gifts like this handcrafted tree ornament.
Now that you’ve found the perfect gift, get it wrapped by stopping at one of the two gift wrapping stations. These stations benefit the USO Northwest and are available post-security in the Central Terminal and near the Starbucks at Checkpoint 2. Gift wrapping is available by donation from December 16 to 24, between 6:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
