Port Commission to Hold First Job Quality Hearing

On Tuesday, the Port of Seattle Commission will hold the first in a series of hearings on job quality. The hearing will provide an opportunity for airport workers, airport tenant businesses and the public to provide their views as the commission begins to develop a new policy to promote job quality and workforce development. A range of airport businesses and workers are scheduled to appear before the commission.

The hearing will take place at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11 at the Port of Seattle Commission Chambers, Pier 69, 2711 Alaskan Way.

Members of the public are invited to attend and will have an opportunity to provide two minutes of comments to the commission. Written comments may be submitted to the commission anytime at [email protected].
