The Port of Seattle appreciates the essential roles of our represented workforce and employers in maintaining momentum on critical projects, such as the vital transportation infrastructure and environmental mediation projects currently under construction by the Port. The Port recognizes that collective bargaining is essential for giving workers a voice on wages and safety and critical for employers to advocate for their business development. We urge all parties to return to the bargaining table to work out a solution that benefits workers, local businesses, and local residents.
