On July 24, 2019, the Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) Managing Members sent a letter to the City of Seattle Councilmembers regarding the Washington State Public Stadium Authority (PSA) and the Washington State Major League Baseball Stadium Public Facilities District (PFD) May 15, 2019 Comprehensive Plan amendment application to create the Stadium District as a standalone designation in the Comprehensive Plan.
