SEA Visitor Pass Terms of Use

  • The SEA Visitor Pass Program is intended for personal use and enjoyment of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport the airport by participants, allowing non-traveling visitors to greet friends and family arriving on domestic flights, to escort traveling family members and friends to their gates, to shop and dine at the wonderful restaurants and stores post-security, to watch the magic of aircraft arriving and departing, or to participate in SEA-sponsored events. 
     
  • Commercial or business/professional use or activities post-security using a SEA Visitor Pass is expressly prohibited and will result in removal of the participant and/or revocation of the privilege to participate in the program. 
     
  • Visits are restricted to 4 hours per day between the hours of 5:00am and 10:00pm, starting upon first entrance through security screening into the post-security area. The visitor pass is only available for Checkpoint 3 and there are 200 passes allotted per day. 
     
  • Meeting International arrivals is prohibited. If you are meeting a friend or family member arriving internationally, please join them at Gina Marie Lindsay Hall. 
     
  • In order to be considered for SEA Visitor Pass entry to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, all applicants and any minors (meaning an individual under 18 years of age) will be required to provide certain personal information that will be used by Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to conduct background checks.  If there is a discrepancy or possible match in the database, the visit will be denied.  All applicants should carefully read the Privacy Act Statement below and consider the implications of providing their personal information. 
     
  • Users of the SEA Visitor Pass are subject to the same security regulations as passengers boarding aircraft per TSA regulations.  Please review the list of prohibited items prior to your arrival at the airport. 
  • Minors under the age of 18 must remain under escort at all times by an approved adult SEA Visitor Pass participant.  
  • SEA Visitor Pass participants shall be subject to these terms of the SEA Visitor Pass Program (including the requirements and restrictions set forth in the Frequently Asked Questions, all Port of Seattle Airport Rules and Regulations, including those pertaining to public use of the Airport, as well as all local, state and federal laws and regulations.  Any person or persons who shall refuse to comply with these applicable terms, rules, regulations and laws may be regarded as a trespasser.
     
  • The Port reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke the SEA Visitor Pass of any individual who may pose a security risk, a nuisance or distraction to any Airport personnel, passengers or other visitors and/or who violates any of the applicable terms, rules, regulations and laws as described above, or as the Port otherwise deems necessary for the safe and efficient operation of the Airport.

BY APPLYING TO PARTICIPATE IN SEA VISITOR PASS PROGRAM ALL PARTICIPANTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE REVIEWED AND AGREED TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE TERMS OF THE SEA VISITOR PASS PROGRAM AND THE REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS SET FORTH IN THE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

PRIVACY ACT STATEMENT 
AUTHORITY:  49 U.S.C. § 114(f).  PRINCIPAL PURPOSE(S):  This information is collected by airport operators or their representatives in order to conduct checks of TSA’s Secure Flight watch lists on individuals who wish to access the Sterile Area at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) which is located beyond the screening checkpoint. TSA may receive this information from airport operators or their representatives in order to resolve suspected or actual matches to this database.

ROUTINE USE(S):  TSA may share this information with aircraft and airport operators, foreign air carriers, or appropriate Federal, State, or other agency regarding individuals who pose or are suspected of posing a risk to transportation or national security, or for other routine uses identified in TSA systems of records, DHS/TSA 019 Secure Flight Records. DISCLOSURE: Voluntary failure to furnish the requested information will result in your inability to access facilities located in the airport beyond the screening checkpoint.
