Your vacation starts at the airport. As you head out to long-awaited reunions, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) wants to help you stress less during holiday travel.

Among the hustle and bustle, knowing where to snag a taste of the holiday SEAson will make your season bright and festive.  

The dining and retail tenants at the airport share their warm holiday wishes with this guide to your fave seasonal flavors like eggnog, peppermint, nutmeg, cinnamon, cranberry, and gingerbread.  

Caffe D’Arte, A Concourse and N Concourse locations

Kick up your holiday cheer a notch with an espresso craft cocktail at Caffe D’Arte’s A Concourse location. The Northwest artisan coffee roaster just launched its menu of nine craft cocktails last week (only available at the A Concourse location). The Adult S’mores Mocha, made with Bourbon, dark chocolate, espresso, toasted marshmallow steamed milk, dark chocolate cold cream, and crushed graham crackers will take the Grinch right out of you. Or Naughty and Nice, made with Bailey’s Irish Cream, Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, coffee, vanilla whip, and pumpkin spice served hot.

Celebrity Seattle chef Kathy Casey (who owns and operates Lucky Louie’s, Dish D’Lish, and R’elish at SEA) helped concoct the creations that showcase what Caffe D’Arte is best known for — coffee. Want to fuel up with a holiday espresso drink? Caffe D’Arte offers a festive menu (available at both airport locations) featuring flavors like almond cherry bark, eggnog latte, peanut brittle, peppermint mocha, peppermint mocha chip frappe, and a white chocolate peppermint mocha.

Evergreens, Central Terminal 

Locally-based Evergreens is serving salads, grain bowls, and wraps with added seasonal flare on the menu. Stuffin’ of Dreams salad contains romaine, spinach, roasted sweet potato, roast turkey, celery, cornbread stuffing crisp, and pecans. The wrap version features a cranberry cream cheese spread. If you’re craving soup, warm up with Gourd of the Rings, made with roasted sweet potato, sunflower seeds, and feta cheese crumbles.

Rel’Lish Burger Lounge, B Gates

Rel’Lish is a sit-down restaurant known for its elevated yet approachable menu, but it also has a convenient grab-and-go counter. Cozy up before your flight with a Fall Spiked Coffee featuring Bourbon, Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, local Café Umbria Coffee, and pumpkin spice whip.

Seattle Chocolate, near Gate C2 

This local and woman-owned chocolatier commits to responsible sourcing and sustainability to produce the most delicious chocolate bars and truffles. Stop by on your next trip through for treats like hot buttered rum, winter orange spice, candy cane crunch, and spiced nuts. Spread some warmth this season!  

SEA Roast Coffeehouse, near Gate N8 

If you panic without your eggnog latte (you know who you are!), stop by SEA Roast Coffeehouse in the N Concourse for the Fa La Latte of creamy, sweet eggnog blended with espresso. And don’t miss the Ho Ho Mint Mocha, white or dark chocolate and mint syrup melted into steamed milk and espresso and topped with whipped cream and crushed peppermints. Or the the Spicy Mocha with real chocolate melted into steamed milk and espresso with hints of cinnamon and cayenne.

Costa Coffee, near Gate N1

Costa Coffee recently landed at SEA from across the pond, bringing the United Kingdom’s favourite coffee shop to SEA. Costa is here for all of your holiday flavor cravings. During the month of December, sip a Gingerbread Cookie Latte, a Chocolate Orange Latte, or fuel up on a Gingerbread Chai Latte or Peppermint Foam Cold Brew.

Lady Yum, near Gate A1  

Lady Yum is a must-taste for macarons at SEA! A local and woman-owned business, there are 15 original flavors that are always available along with new seasonal flavors to celebrate. Special flavors available in December are gooey butter cake, cinnamon roll, peppermint bark, polar bear claw, frosted sugar cookie, and pear frangipane.
